Job Purpose

The Education & Skills Development Coordinator will oversee education programs, vocational training, and skills-building initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and employment opportunities for youth and adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement educational programs and vocational training sessions.
• Collaborate with schools, vocational centers, and local authorities.
• Develop training materials and curriculum tailored to local needs.
• Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes and skills acquisition.
• Prepare reports on program performance and impact.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in education or vocational programs.
• Familiarity with non-formal education approaches.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Somali and English; other local dialects an advantage.
