New Ways Organization’s leadership and governance are based on a division between the Board of Directors and Senior Management, functioning at both management and policy formulation levels.

The board consists of five members, including two women, who possess diverse professional backgrounds. The executive team, led by the executive director and deputy executive directors, manages the organization’s activities and is responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects.
